Lil Ninjas (Ages:3-5)
Lil’ Ninjas Classes are the perfect way to introduce little ninjas, ages 3-5 years old, to the fun of tackling obstacles! Classes focus on developing coordination and strength through skills such as balancing, hanging, jumping, climbing, and running, while instilling self-confidence and teamwork in a safe and positive environment. Classes are 50 minutes long, including a warm-up, obstacle coaching, and technique.
Kids Ninja Warrior (Ages: 6-13)
Welcome to Ultimate Ninjas! Working off an integrated curriculum, this class is appropriate for beginners and advanced participants. Each class is structured to provide progressive growth throughout the session, and each set of obstacles and circuits is aimed at providing a foundation of strength, agility, and balance. These classes are very active… you will not stop moving and leave both gassed and proud! Our mission is to strive to have all achieve, be fulfilled, and grow in perseverance, athleticism, and confidence…AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!!
Adult Ninja Warrior Class (Ages: 14+)
Working off an integrated curriculum/structure, this class is appropriate for the beginner and advanced participant…it’s all about progression in each obstacle and each individual putting themselves to the test week after week. The class will include some of our more beginner, and intermediate, and also some of our most challenging obstacles aimed at building strength, balance, and agility. The class will typically include 3 circuits with 5-8 stations (obstacles) per circuit.
