York Center Park District is proud to have a natural native Prairie Path in Knolls Park, which is located just two blocks west of Meyers Road, next to the Montini High School ball fields on 16th Street. Less than 1% of the natural, native prairies remain in Illinois. A special thank you goes to Irene Mostek for all of her hard work and dedication to the Prairie Path.
