Turn back the clock by joining this creative, lively chair-based class set to upbeat popular music with natural moves (no choreography to learn). Ageless Grace is an anti-aging fitness program for body AND brain based on the science of neuroplasticity. Each of the 21 simple tools focus on the healthy longevity of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It works the core organs and systems of the body, activates the five areas of the brain and addresses a primary factor that causes physical aging and/or cognitive decline. Since the tools are performed in a chair, this increases stability and range of motion, so baby boomers, all ages and abilities of seniors and those with weight, joint, diabetes, MS and other challenges, as well as those in wheelchairs or with other physical limitations love it! Spend Thursday nights playing basketball and enjoying some friendly competition at the York Center Park District. Online or phone registration is required as there will be no registration at the door. Register early because the maximum to play each night is 16, and only people who have paid in advance will be allowed to enter the building. There is a $5 discount if you sign up for 6 dates, and another $5 discount if you sign up for 12 dates.

Want to try a new and fun way to get exercise? Give Chair PiYo a try! PiYo™ is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and more done to some great tunes. The poses are modified so that they can be done while seated in a chair or standing behind a chair for added support. These adaptations make PiYo™ accessible to people of all abilities, who want to improve muscle tone and strength. Additional modifications are provided as needed. We also work with resistance bands and light weights to promote toning of the arms and legs. The entire body is targeted during this routine. This class will make you stronger, improve your balance, promote better breathing habits and reduce stress levels-all while having a good time!

Spend Thursday nights playing basketball and enjoying some friendly competition at the York Center Park District. Online or phone registration is required as there will be no registration at the door. Register early because the maximum to play each night is 16, and only people who have paid in advance will be allowed to enter the building. There is a $5 discount if you sign up for 6 dates, and another $5 discount if you sign up for 12 dates.

Want to try a new and fun way to get exercise? Give Chair PiYo a try! PiYo™ is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and more done to some great tunes. The poses are modified so that they can be done while seated in a chair or standing behind a chair for added support. These adaptations make PiYo™ accessible to people of all abilities, who want to improve muscle tone and strength. Additional modifications are provided as needed. We also work with resistance bands and light weights to promote toning of the arms and legs. The entire body is targeted during this routine. This class will make you stronger, improve your balance, promote better breathing habits and reduce stress levels-all while having a good time!
