Want to try a new and fun way to get exercise? Give Chair PiYo a try! PiYo™ is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and more done to some great tunes. The poses are modified so that they can be done while seated in a chair or standing behind a chair for added support. These adaptations make PiYo™ accessible to people of all abilities, who want to improve muscle tone and strength. Additional modifications are provided as needed. We also work with resistance bands and light weights to promote toning of the arms and legs. The entire body is targeted during this routine. This class will make you stronger, improve your balance, promote better breathing habits and reduce stress levels-all while having a good time!
